Scotch Hill Farm For Health and Wholeness. Our farm has been growing organic vegetables, herbs and flowers in Rock County since 1994. High tunnel production allows us to raise spinach, kale,carrots and other hearty crops through the Wisconsin winter. We also have been producing farmstead milk soap and skin care products since 1998. On our diverse farm we raise chickens,lamb,& pigs for limited amounts of non certified but organically raised meat and eggs.
Scotch Hill Farm is a model for organics and sustainability. We have trained many farm interns. We belong to and actively participate on the boards of FairShare CSA Coalition, and Green Rock Audubon. We belong to other organizations related to farming and sustainability. We have participated in numerous on farm research projects, held fields days and on farm tours and have gone on several overseas USAID farmer to farmer training projects.
